Below the Crosstown most of it sits inside the historic district, which means the Board of Architectural Review. We have been through that process and we help with the paperwork. The channel is aluminum, color-matched to your trim or gutter, and reads as a shadow line from the sidewalk in daylight, which is the thing reviewers want to see. Tell us early if your street is in the district, because the review is the part of the timeline most likely to slip.

After the install there is nothing to take down. Warm white most nights, color for the holidays, Citadel light blue for a home game, off when you want the house dark. It all runs on a schedule from the app, and there is nothing on the roof to worry about when a storm is in the forecast.

Businesses get the same benefit. A restaurant or shop on King Street or upper Meeting stays lit for every season on one install, without booking a contractor each November.
