Daniel Island is one master-planned community, and it was built to a standard. The homes are new-traditional: deep porches, metal and architectural shingle roofs, a lot of white trim, and the larger waterfront properties along the Wando in Daniel Island Park. Smythe Park, Codner's Ferry and Cochran Park are the same architecture on smaller lots. We work on all of it.

Everything on the island goes through architectural review, and that is the first thing to plan for. The channel is color-matched to your trim or gutter and reads as a shadow line from the street. We help with the paperwork and we know what the board asks for. Start it before you pick an install date.

The island's calendar gives the system a lot to do. Warm white on ordinary nights, color for the holidays, the Fourth, and whatever the neighborhood is doing that weekend, all on a schedule from the app. Waterfront homes with a dock on the Wando or Beresford Creek can put the dock on the same schedule.
