Permanent Lighting in Hollywood & Ravenel

Hollywood, Ravenel and Meggett are the rural southwest edge of our map. This is acreage: farmhouses and newer homes on big wooded lots, the golf-course homes at Stono Ferry, the larger properties in Poplar Grove, and creek-front houses on the Stono and the Wadmalaw River out toward Yonges Island. We work on all of it.

Long driveways and no street lights are the pattern out here, and that is where down lighting from the soffit earns its keep. It lights the whole face of the house and the drive in warm white every night, on the same app as the roofline, and switches to color when you want it.

Creek-front homes with a dock can put the dock on the same schedule. We light walkways, deck perimeters and piling caps, and the length of the walkway is the main thing that drives the quote.
