Moncks Corner is the top of our map. In town it is older homes and newer subdivisions like Foxbank Plantation. Out toward the water, Pinopolis and Bonneau are lake houses on Lake Moultrie, some of them decades old and some brand new, and Pimlico sits on the Cooper below the dam. We work on all of it.

Lake Moultrie is why this page exists. A lot of homes here have a dock, and on fresh water we light the deck perimeter, piling caps and a covered slip the same way we do on the coast, on the same app as the roofline.
