Mount Pleasant is the biggest suburb in the Lowcountry and its housing runs the full range. The Old Village and Shem Creek are older homes on live-oak streets. I'On is new-traditional with porches and metal roofs. Park West, Carolina Park, Dunes West and Rivertowne are large planned communities with the long, straight fascia runs that make for the fastest installs we do. Snee Farm and Belle Hall sit in between. We work on all of it.

Most of the newer communities have an architectural review board, and that is normal for us. The channel color-matches to your trim or gutter and reads as a shadow line from the street, which is what the boards want to see, and we help with the paperwork. Plan on it taking a few weeks, and get it started before your install date is booked.

Out on the Wando and the creeks behind Rivertowne and Dunes West, a lot of homes have a dock. We light walkways, pierheads and covered slips on the same app as the roofline, so the whole property comes on together.
