North Charleston and Hanahan cover a lot of housing and we work on all of it. Park Circle is 1940s and 50s bungalows and cottages on a grid of live-oak streets. Oak Terrace Preserve is newer craftsman-style homes. Coosaw Creek, Whitehall and the neighborhoods off Dorchester Road are 90s and 2000s two-storeys with HOA review. Hanahan's Tanner Plantation and Otranto are the same, a little closer to the Cooper.

A Park Circle bungalow is a quick install with a low roofline, so the channel color matching matters more than usual, because you see it from the sidewalk. In daylight it reads as a shadow line. In the newer neighborhoods the long straight fascia runs are the fastest work we do, and where there is an architectural review board we help with the paperwork.

This is also where a lot of the region's commercial work is. A storefront on Rivers Avenue, a restaurant in Park Circle, or a business near the airport and Tanger stays lit for every season on one install, at roughly twice the brightness of a residential run.
