Permanent Lighting in West Ashley

West Ashley is where most of Charleston's mid-century housing is, and we work on all of it. Avondale, Byrnes Downs and South Windermere are brick ranches and cottages under big live oaks. Ashley Hall Plantation and Shadowmoss are larger lots and 80s and 90s two-storeys. Out Bees Ferry Road, Carolina Bay and Grand Oaks are newer planned neighborhoods with straight fascia and HOA review.

A one-storey ranch is one of the quickest installs we do, and the low roofline means the lights are close to eye level from the street, so color matching the channel to the trim matters. In daylight it reads as a shadow line.

The live oaks are the other thing about West Ashley. Uplighting a big oak does more for a house after dark than any number of path lights, and it runs on the same app and schedule as the roofline, so the whole front comes on together.
